- How is the fare worked out?
- The first 10 km cost QAR 40.00, then QAR 2.50 for each km. You see the total before you pay.
- Can I pay in cash?
- Yes. Choose Cash when you book and pay your driver at the end. A QAR 5.00 cash fee is added.
- Can I cancel?
- Free until 6 hours before pickup. After that, 30% of the fare is kept.
- Which languages does the app use?
- English, Bangla and Arabic. Prices can show in QAR, USD or BDT.
