Can I book on the website?

Bookings are made in the app, so your fare, payment and live tracking stay in one place.

Can I book for someone else?

Yes. Add their name and number, and they get a link to follow the ride.

Can I add a stop?

Each booking has one pickup and one drop-off.

Pickups from every airport in Qatar.

What if my flight is late?

We follow your flight and move the pickup automatically.

What is Premium pickup?

Two eSkyRide riders travel with you. Book at least 12 hours ahead.

Payment

How can I pay?

Card, PayPal or Sadad in the app, or cash to your driver with a QAR 5.00 cash fee.

Do I get a receipt?

Airport pickups come with a receipt by email and in the app.
